Study Less has a new job opening and we would like to invite you to consider the Community manager & Product role of this community.

Global community of Ukrainians for whom language is a tool of influence. 5,000 active students in 5 countries and 26 cities - and we're just getting started.

Our goal is to attract 8,000 new members and open branches where there are none yet. We offer you to take the place of the person who builds it. Are you driven not by position, but by scale?  You understand how human motivation works — and you know how to use it. 

Our ideal candidate:

> Has experience in launching or managing a community, public organization or networking project  — 2+ years

>Understands why people stay or leave - and knows how to influence it

>Experience with referral programs or ambassador systems is a plus

>EdTech or subscription products are ideal

>English Upper-Intermediate and above - will communicate with international partners

WHAT will need to be done? 

Four tasks that will change your career:

> 01. Starting new branches in new cities and countries is building a community where it doesn't exist yet

>02. Build a path from rookie to Senator - a system of levels, rituals and privileges

>03. Implement mechanics that will make our community a major growth point for every member

> 04. Manage team budget, optimize processes and build support team
