Community manager, PR, SERM, ORM specialist in ESputnik

For faster development of our company, we need ambitious and proactive specialists. We are currently looking for an experienced Community manager, PR, SERM/ORM specialist (online reputation management specialist) who is ready to ensure the development of our company online. It is important for us that a person knows how to manage reputation in social networks, build long-term relationships and expand the influence of the company's brand and experts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- monitor mentions of the company and/or experts;

-regularly analyze the demographic characteristics, preferences and behavior of the audience;

-keep up to date with the latest trends, news and discussions on the topic of retention marketing and look for opportunities to participate in these discussions;

-develop and implement a communication strategy to increase the presence of the brand in social networks;

-work with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram and promote our product on the specified platforms;

-work with reviews on platforms such as G2Crowd, Trustpilot, Capterra;

-collect reviews and recommendations about the company and post them on website;

-create content according to the strategy for the company's social networks and experts;

-prepare technical specifications for the development of banners for the designer and videographer;

make monthly reports.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

-knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level and above;

Ukrainian - native;

p>-experience in managing business pages, tracking mentions, brand development in social networks;

-knowledge of marketing terminology;

-experience in writing expert content for social networks;

p>-initiative, the desire to implement your ideas and look for opportunities for their implementation, without waiting for clear tasks.

It will be a plus:

-experience in the development of the employer brand ;

-successful cases of communication strategy development and implementation;

-experience in SMM for IT companies.
