For faster development of our company, we need ambitious and proactive specialists. We are currently looking for an experienced Community manager, PR,SERM/ORM specialist reputation online), which is ready to ensure the development of our company online. It is important for us that a person knows how to manage reputation in social networks, build long-term relationships and expand the influence of the company's brand and experts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:< /p>

• monitor mentions of the company and/or experts;
• regularly analyze demographic characteristics, preferences and behavior of the audience;
• keep abreast of the latest trends, news and discussions on the topic of retention marketing and look for opportunities to participate in these discussions;
• develop and implement a communication strategy to increase the presence of the brand in social networks;< /li>
• work with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram and promote our product on these platforms;
• work with feedback on platforms such as G2Crowd, Trustpilot, Capterra ;
• collect reviews and recommendations about the company and place them on the website;
• create content in accordance with the strategy for the company’s social networks and experts;
• prepare technical specifications for the development of banners for designer and videographer;
• make reports every month.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level and above;
• Ukrainian - native;
• experience in maintaining business pages, tracking mentions, brand development in social networks;
• knowledge of marketing terminology;
• experience in writing expert content for social networks;
• initiative, desire to implement your ideas and look for opportunities for their implementation, without waiting for clear tasks/li>

It will be a plus:

• employer brand development experience;
• successful cases of communication strategy development and implementation;
• experience in SMM for IT companies.
