We are seeking a Community Manager for our team at Pinnacle. www.jeffersonapartmentgroup.com/property/pinnacleThe primary objective of the Community Manager is to supervise all phases of on-site operations, including the hiring, management of job performance and training of onsite staff.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Motivates staffManages hiring and when necessary, termination of onsite staffDetermines transitions and promotions for on-site staffHandles emergency situationsDevelops and implements new strategies and programs designed to ensure long-term residencyOversees collection of revenue and handles delinquent accountsPerforms regular inspections of the apartment communityHandles evictions and landlord liensAdheres to and implements all company policiesAudits lease filesImplements scheduled rent increasesOversees payment of invoicesAssists in budget preparationMonitors parking lot for unauthorized vehiclesKnowledge and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAdditional vocational training or four year college degree preferredMinimum of 1 year of property management experience in a managerial capacity requiredExperience with multifamily renovation projects preferredWe offer a competitive salary and excellent individual and team performance-based bonus potential.
