Community Manager in Emerging Europe

We are looking for a community manager to head our digital community platform for women entrepreneurs from 11 countries of Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus.The community manager will ensure that members are constantly engaged in conversations and connecting with each other.Responsibilities will include:Overall management of the community;Tracking discussions between members and spotting opportunities to engage them further;Proposing connections between specific members;Creating and moderating discussions, polls, and surveys within groups;Posting and promoting content produced for the community;Active outreach to individual members with questions and support;Scouting for solutions that can be offered to members within the community;Finding external opportunities (funding, initiatives, etc) that could be potentially offered to the communityIdentifying the needs of members and proposing ways of supporting them;Supporting marketing in identifying ways to promote and grow the community;Facilitating and moderating online events withing the community.SKILLSExcellent level of English (native/close to native)Proficiency in RussianExcellent communication skillsEXPERIENCEAt least 3 years of professional experience in community management or communications-related role (marketing, public relations, media relations).
