ResponsibilitiesJoin our team to help manage and nurture our community of distinguished leaders in Retail and E-commerce. We are looking for a vibrant Community Manager, fluent in English, with an English degree being ideal. This role is pivotal for those passionate about retail, e-commerce, or fashion and looking to expand their influence and network within these dynamic industries.> Community Engagement:Handle daily interactions within our community channels, fostering active and meaningful participation.Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure a respectful and productive environment.Create and share weekly content aligned with our guidelines, engage with community leaders, and relay recent data trends concerning Leader preferences.> Channels and Content Management:Welcome new users with introductory posts, fostering an open and engaging atmosphere.Coordinate content from our podcasts and surveys across various channels, encouraging discussion.Engage in diverse discussions ranging from macroeconomic factors to new technologies and leadership styles in the industry.You Are Someone WhoIs deeply knowledgeable about US brands and the dynamics of the retail and e-commerce sectors.Actively participates in social media and forums—please share examples of your past engagements.Communicates exceptionally, both in writing and verbally, in English.If you are passionate about cultivating a strong network within the retail and e-commerce sectors and excel at engaging communication, we would love to hear from you!
