Lingua Fluency is an online educational platform for IT professionals, expats, and specialists working in international teams. We help our clients grow their careers through speaking-focused English training, real-case communication practice, mock interviews, and personalized learning pathways.
We’re looking for a Community Manager / Community Associate who will help us build stronger relationships with our audience, expand our network, and strengthen brand presence across social platforms and industry communities.
ResponsibilitiesCommunity & Customer Engagement
- Build relationships with customers, potential students, and industry professionals.
- Engage with leads and community members in a timely, friendly, and professional manner (DMs, comments, LinkedIn, Telegram, email).
- Support students and followers during their customer journey, increasing engagement and trust.
Networking & Brand Awareness
- Develop and expand the Lingua Fluency network across professional communities, LinkedIn groups, online forums, and relevant events.
- Represent Lingua Fluency at online/ offline events, conferences, and meetups.
- Build awareness about the brand among IT specialists, expats, and international audiences.
Content & Project Support
- Search for new contacts and contributors for internal content projects (interviews, expert comments, partnerships).
- Assist with event management (online masterclasses, webinars, small community events).
- Provide insights and feedback to improve content and communication strategies.
B2B Communication
- Communicate with potential B2B clients on LinkedIn, email, and at industry conferences.
- Identify relevant companies, HR/BD managers, team leads, and language training decision-makers.
- Support outreach campaigns by preparing brief messages, intros, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Experience in community management, SMM, customer support, partnership development, or communications (1+ year preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident English (B2+), enough for comfortable communicating with international professionals.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple communication channels.
- Understanding of tech industry culture is a strong advantage.
- Experience with LinkedIn engagement is a plus.
