Community Manager and Proofreader (Arabic) in Corytech

Job Description:

We are looking for a specialist responsible for proofreading outgoing materials of the company for the MENA region (Arabic language). This person will respond to questions on the AppStore & Google Play, support the community, and address issues faced by players.
 

Responsibilities:

• Proofreading outgoing materials from the marketing team and app content.
• Resolving issues related to payments and app errors.
• Responding to community questions on AppStore and Google Play.
• Developing and implementing community engagement strategies.
• Managing and growing the online community on social media platforms, forums, and other channels.
• Creating and enforcing community guidelines.
• Timely response to community member inquiries.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive community environment.
   

Requirements:
 

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for games and gaming experiences of all kinds.
• Languages (mandatory):
  • Arabic - Native
  • English C1, both verbally and in writing
  • Russian or Ukrainian language C1

Format:

Remote or office in Kyiv, Ukraine
