We are looking for a Community manager to join our team. Our expectations from our employees are always the same: we fanatically demand that our people understand and share the Creative States philosophy.

Ideal candidate:

• Sociable, self-confident.
• Possesses a clear understanding of priorities, planning and interpersonal skills.
• With enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards everything he does.
• Purposeful, responsible and persuasive.
• Able to solve problems, manage time and achieve incredible results.
• 2 years of work experience in a similar position.

Your duties:

• Meet visitors, show hospitality.
• Support the life of the office.
• To create a friendly atmosphere for our residents.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, guests and suppliers.
• Monitor social networks and leave a reaction to mentions of our company.
• To ensure that residents are doing well and that their needs are met.
• Invent measures to increase activity.
• Keep reports.

Our requirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode, focus on deadlines.
• Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Docs (CRM systems a plus).
• Responsible approach and desire to do more for the growing team
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
• The level of English is average and above.
