Community Manager in CEO Club Ukraine

Offline entrepreneur community CEO Club is looking for a community manager to strengthen the team in the direction of interaction with members and organization of groups.

A community manager is a person who manages the best by the experience of participants within the community:

• Creates a strategy for the integration of each participant, taking into account their personal and business interests, behavioral patterns, unspoken motivation;
• Initiates, develops and improves formats for the development, cooperation and communication of club members;
• Proactively "checks" the opportunities of the club with its members, introduces members to each other, offers relevant products;
• Creatively "packages" meetings /events/formats and effectively communicates them to the internal target;
• Monitors the dynamics of group life, organizes the busiest participants in meetings and makes them happen;
• Instantly moderates communication in a multitude chats, even on weekends;
• Carefully captures the necessary data in CRM, exchanges information with team members, adheres to internal interaction processes and actively improves them.

• High level of organization - self and others;
• Developed empathy, genuine interest in people and their needs;
• Attention to details: names, dates, grammar, deadlines, promises.
