About the open role: Asthe Community Manager in Ukraine , you’ll beincharge of Setanta Sports social media presence onplatforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram. Your focus will beoncrafting and executing community management strategies toconnect with our audience and enhance brand advocacy. What you’ll do: Develop and execute community management strategies across various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram; Curate engaging sports content tailored tothe preferences and characteristics ofeach platform’s audience; Actively engage with followers across all channels byresponding tocomments, messages, and mentions, fostering meaningful conversations, and building relationships with our audience; Monitor channels for compliance and promptly address inappropriate content; Provide valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations related tosports news, events, and trends, tobeareliable source for Setanta Sports followers; Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams toplan and execute multi-channel campaigns, contests, and promotional activities todrive user engagement and growth within the company’s communities; Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such asfollower growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis toevaluate the effectiveness ofcommunity management efforts and identify areas for improvement.
