Main responsibilities:

• Drive strategic planning and structure for the Discord community;
• Oversee the setup of Discord channels, and manage a team of community moderators;
• Engage and collaborate with the community, managing community events such as competitions and AMAs;
• Monitor community engagement, collecting feedback and suggesting areas of improvement;
• Build, grow, and scale Community Content Creators Programs (YouTube content creators, Community Artists, etc);
• Participate in building and improving onboarding programs for new members through various channels, including Discord.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience successfully building and maintaining gaming communities on Discord;
• Strong English, written and verbal communication;
• Strong understanding of Discord features and moderation tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with community members effectively and diplomatically.

Will be a plus:

• Experience managing ambassador programs is a huge plus!
