We are looking for skilled Community Managers to join our team at Traffic Market to work in a remote format.
Requirements:
∙ At least 1 year of relevant experience in the same role;
∙ Experience in planning content grids, forming and controlling tasks;
∙ Experience in SMM and communities (Telegram, Instagram, X (Twitter));
∙ Great communication skills;
∙ High level of creativity;
∙ Ability to work both in a team and independently;
∙ Ability to manage conflicts, stress resistance, adaptability, initiative;
∙ Interest in movies; staying informed about current cinematic events (film news, actors, directors); ability to quickly track movie updates;

∙ Interest in sports; being aware of current sporting events (football, hockey, basketball, tennis), being able to quickly track sports news.
Responsibilities:
∙ Interaction with the audience in social networks: answering user questions, supporting and encouraging the activity of community members. Creating a positive atmosphere in the community and stimulating discussions. Forming a friendly tone of voice in the community.
∙ Analytics and reporting: Evaluation of the content strategy effectiveness, monitoring the audience’s reaction, forming regular reports on progress and results.
∙ Participation in events and promotions: Organizing and conducting online events, contests, promotions and other initiatives to attract new participants and strengthen the community.
∙ Trend monitoring: Constant tracking of changes and news in the field of social media to adapt the strategy.
