You are the ideal candidate if:

You have 2+ years of experience in community management (of any format and scale) or in organizing/creating educational projects, online/offline events.

Your English proficiency is Upper Intermediate or higher.

You have experience with various community platforms (especially Slack and Discord).

You excel in working with texts and organizing online events.

You possess strong communication and analytical skills, and are independent, proactive, and energetic.

Responsibilities include:

Comprehensive management of external online client communities.

Setting up all key community processes (onboarding, analytics, feedback collection, journey mapping).

Attracting new members to the community.

Driving engagement by organizing various activities for members (relevant content, online events, networking, etc.).

Analyzing community data and collaborating with different departments (marketing, sales, communications).

Implementing gamification within the community.

Growing, developing, and scaling the community.
