Due to the growth of the Kharkiv IT Cluster community, we are looking for a Community Manager for a long-term full-time contract with experience in working with clients in B2B sales and/or customer support.

Our candidate is a person who:

• Has experience working with clients in B2B sales and/or their support over 2 years.
• Has experience in building a full cycle of "care" for the client for more than 2 years.
• Has experience in building long-term cooperation.
• Used to work for results.
• Loves communication and communication.
• Ready to multitask.
• Fluent in office programs (Google spreadsheets, forms, documents, presentations) and social networks.

Advantage will be:

• Fluency in English (B2+).
• Experience with CRM and task trackers.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring a high level of satisfaction of community members.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with community members.
• Organization and coordination of events (if necessary, we will teach).
• Providing advice and support.
• Process analysis and improvement.
• Work with CRM systems and task trackers.
