Community manager in Top Rated Club

Hello! 

We are Top Rated Club, a community for entrepreneurs and freelancers who sell their digital services all over the world We organize online and offline events for our community, share useful content and support members in their development.

Now we are looking for a person TRC Community Manager, who will take care of our club members with care and attention.

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE?

1. Working with payments of club members: marks of successful and unsuccessful payments, marks of reasons for unsuccessful payments, chat communication with members regarding their payments, transfer of all data to CRM

2. Granting and removing access to materials in Notion, sending all events in the calendar

3. Hugs with club members:help in searching for materials in the knowledge base, solving subscription issues

4. Communication with past members, working with the database (returning members by %)

5. TG of the chat club: we answer the questions of the participants, monitor the chat for the absence of spam, interact with the participants/ create a friendly atmosphere

8. Help with the organization/holding of product manager events

7. In the future: conducting online tours in the club for interested potential members (tell about the club, answer questions, close for %)

8. Additional tasks that can be:make a registration form, collect statistics on members, publish new members in the club (according to the template).

In this position, you have the opportunity to influence your earnings, because we also offer bonuses for % of sales (closing warm leads in correspondence/ on excursions) - 10% of the check.

TERMS:

• Employment: full time (complete) (~140 h/ month; ~30 h/ week)
• Format: remote (remote, work from home)
• Payment: UAH 20,000/month + % of sales.
