Community Manager in Boosta Inc

We are currently looking for a Community Manager who is ready to join our communication team and develop the internal direction community.

You are our match if:

• you have at least 2 years of experience in communications/ project-management / learning&development
• you have strong copywriting skills, perfect command of the Ukrainian language and English at the Intermediate+ level;
• you know how to identify people's needs and understand what content really "works";
• you have experience in organizing events;
• exceptional literacy, attention to details, creative thinking, systematic and communication are some of your soft skills; you can work with deadlines and you are not afraid of new challenges. This role is the start of a new direction at Boosta. You will have the opportunity to build a system of the internal community from scratch and set its development! surveys) and forming a community development strategy;
• moderation of Slack channels and creation of content for the community: announcements, news, digests, discussions, etc.;
• generation and implementation of new formats of interaction with participants;
• organization of internal activities and events (online and offline, in Ukraine and potentially abroad);
• support of community operational processes.
