Community Manager in PSV Game Studio

We are CAS.AI (Clever Ads Solutions), a one-stop platform for mobile game growth.

We combine mediation and publishing, providing tools that allow indie developers and studios to scale games and increase advertising income.

We are entrusted with 5,000 games for mediation and 60+ projects in publishing.

Due to active growth, we are expanding the team and lookingCommunity Manager.

We expect from the candidate:

• Experience in designing and implementing game mechanics.

community-building.

• Ability to define, analyze and track community KPIs.

• Literacy, politeness communications.

Duties:

• Interaction with the community: responses to comments, support activity, fast user support.

• Formation and regular updating of the answer base (FAQ).

• Moderation and management of Telegram and WhatsApp chats.

• Development of a content plan for the community, launch of internal activities.

• Activity in Reddit communities: answers, discussions,native advertising.

• Search for new platforms for interaction with the audience (Discord, Reddit, forums, niche communities).

• Reporting, analytics and performance indicators.

• Full time (from 9 to 18; 1 hour lunch break), 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday are days off).
