Our mission is to unite 10,000 entrepreneurs around the world. In connection with the development of the network, we are opening a vacancy for a Community Manager at the Dnipro branch.

Who such a community manager at YBC?

This is a specialist who is responsible for the creation, development and support of the community of entrepreneurs in the branch. The main mission is to build trusting relations between the club and members, integrate them into the community, create the right atmosphere and strengthen their business through the club's tools.

Main areas of work:

• communication with members and supporting them in daily business inquiries;
• organization, moderation and holding of meetings between members;
• planning and support of club events;
• helping the CEO in the business processes of the branch;
• attracting and adapting new members.

Necessary skills:

• empathy and understanding of people's motivations;
• strong communication and negotiation skills;
• organizational abilities;
• analytical thinking;
• project management skills;
• proactivity and high responsibility.

Main duties:

• Regular communication with members of the branch (offline meetings + online).
• Invitations to club events, reminders and support.
• Formation of personalized selections of contacts for networking.
• Organization and moderation of lunches, networking and local mini-events.
• Adaptation of new participants: familiarization with the format, integration, support.
• Management of the CRM system.
• Assistance of participants in solving business inquiries, finding contacts, experts, partners.
• Administrative and organizational assistance to the CEO branches.
• Preparation of reports and participation in planning.
   

Format of work: offline in the city of Dnipro.

Requirements:

• Work experience in the field of client management, HR, event management or community.
• High communication skills and ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Self-organization, systematicity, responsibility.
• Ability to work with a large volume of tasks.
• Ukrainian language.
