Community Manager in SET University

SET (Science, Entrepreneurship, Technology) University is a Ukrainian non-commercial technological university. Our goal is to provide quality higher education to future leaders of the IT sector for the economic reconstruction of Ukraine. To do this, we bring in the best expert practitioners from around the world to create programs and teach, and apply innovative approaches to learning technology and entrepreneurship.

Our team is developing and growing and we are looking for a part-time Community Manager.

Main tasks:

• building a communication strategy within our communities in Discord;
• moderate all communication (answer questions, requests, help with finding necessary information) within the SET University community;
• inform the community about important events and new opportunities from SET University ;
• analysis and monitoring of topics and issues discussed in the community;
• timely response to negative messages and problem solving;
• increasing the number of participants and activity in the community SET University.

About you:

• high level of English language proficiency (from B1);
• work experience from 1 year;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• ability to work in a team;
• experience working with online community development;
• basic understanding of IT and technology will be a plus;
• strong written skills communication and moderation of online conversations;
• initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
