Community manager in Kharkiv IT Cluster

In connection with the increase of the Kharkiv IT Cluster community we are looking for a Community Manager for a long-term full-time contract with experience in working with clients in B2B sales and/or client support.

Our candidate is a person who:

• Has more than 2 years of experience working with clients in B2B sales and/or their support.

• Has experience in building a full cycle of "care" for the client for more than 2 years.

• Has experience in building long-term cooperation.

• Used to work for results.

• Loves communication and communication.

• Ready for multitasking.

• Fluent in office programs (Google spreadsheets, forms, documents, presentations) and social networks.

An advantage will be :

• Fluency in English (B2+).

• Experience with CRM and task - trackers.

Key duties:

1. Ensuring a high level of community satisfaction.< /span>

2. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with community members.

3. Organization and coordination of events (if necessary, we will teach).< /p>

4. Providing advice and support.

5. Analysis and improvement of processes.

6. Working with CRM systems and task trackers.
