We are seeking an experienced Community Lead to join the fast-growing company Midcontract


*Responsibilities:

Manage Community:
- Oversee the community and coordinate with local community managers who emerge from active members.
Idea Generation:
- Contribute to the generation of ideas for community activities and initiatives.
Social Media:
-Post content on social media platforms and actively engage with user responses to foster community interaction.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze community metrics and create comprehensive reports on community growth and engagement.

Requirements:
Experience:
-Proven experience in managing Web3 communities, demonstrating a deep understanding of decentralized technologies and community dynamics.
Active User:
- Hands-on experience as an active Web3 user, with a solid grasp of blockchain technology and its applications.
**English Proficiency:
- Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with a global audience.
