As a Community Development Marketer, your primary focus will be on web 3.0 technologies, utilizing social media platforms as the main tools. Twitter takes the lead in the web 3.0 landscape, followed by Telegram, Discord, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. You will also be involved in quest development platforms such as Zealy, Guildhall, Layer3, and others.Your main responsibility will be to consistently update and maintain information on various social media platforms. You will actively engage the community by publishing news, project updates, and other relevant information to attract attention and foster an active and engaged community. The core tools for this role include our website, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other necessary platforms for real-time community interaction.Responsibilities:• Manage and nurture the organization's social media presence across multiple platforms, with a particular emphasis on web 3.0 technologies.• Regularly update and publish news, project updates, and relevant information to attract attention and engage the active community.• Utilize platforms like Zealy, Guildhall, Layer3, and others to develop and implement quests and interactive experiences.• Leverage the organization's website, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other platforms for live community engagement and communication.• Execute marketing campaigns targeting specialized Telegram channels, Twitter, the website, and other standard methods.• Analyze social media metrics and community feedback to optimize strategies and improve engagement.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align community development efforts with overall business goals.Requirements:• Proven experience in community development, social media management, or related roles.• Strong understanding of web 3.0 technologies and their associated social media platforms.• Proficiency in using Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media tools.• Familiarity with quest development platforms such as Zealy, Guildhall, Layer3, and others is highly desirable.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics.• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in web 3.0 and community development.If you are a passionate marketer with a deep understanding of web 3.0 technologies and a talent for building and engaging communities, we would love to hear from you.
