Community Development Manager in Hromadske

hromadske is looking for a creative and energetic community manager to join the marketing department team, who will deal with development, interaction and constant communication with hromadske donors. Main responsibilities: participate in the creation of the hromadske community development strategy, increase it, take care follow it and communicate with its participants, monitor compliance with the code of ethics; initiating, developing and improving formats for community development, collaboration and communication, informing them about opportunities to increase involvement; involvement in organizing meetings of editorial and community representatives; participation in brainstorms within the team with designers, marketing team; moderating communication in community chats; leading and promote hromadske accounts and the "Smell of the Word" podcast on the buymeacoffee platform; involvement in the organization of events. Requirements: excellent communication skills; high level of organization; sincere interest in people and their needs; ability to work with information and attention to detail; love hromadske and the results of achievements at work.
