Community/Customer Care Manager

We are looking for a Community/Customer Care manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Stroom users across Discord, Telegram and Twitter
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets, adhering to the brand voice
  • Submit protocol bugs to the development team
  • Create and set up community rules and enforce their compliance
  • Provide the community with the necessary information about Stroom protocol, current activities, etc.
  • Coordinate with Product/Development/Marketing teams user issue resolution to increase their product satisfaction and loyalty
  • Constantly update the FAQ section with urgent questions
  • Drive community/support direction and propose improvements

Requirements :

  • English B2+ is a must. All communication with users is conducted exclusively in English
  • Highly self-organized and able to get things done
  • Attention to detail and a high learning curve
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Prior experience with the crypto industry from 1 year (either as an employee or as an industry enthusiast)

Nice to have:

  • Understanding what crypto staking is
  • Defi industry’s latest trends and major players
  • Previous experience as a Community/Support manager
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
