POSITION DESCRIPTION

Hensure planning, organization, coordination and control of the provision of services from the community center and mobile teams in the city of Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region. "font-weight: 400; font-style: normal">Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the organization and control of the service delivery of the community center and mobile teams
  • Leading and managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the project. Conduct internal and external communication related to the project.
  • Participation in the development of project documentation, coordination of deadlines for tasks, analysis of possible risks, determination of priorities. Participation in the development of new and adaptation (modernization) of existing algorithms / instructions / SOPs for employees.
  • Create and manage a highly effective team, developing a culture of cooperation and excellence among employees and volunteers. Planning their activities.
  • Close cooperation with the PSS coordinator. Preparation of purchase requests, monthly and weekly descriptive reporting.
  • Regular monitoring visits to regional and local organizations to monitor the quality of programs, provide feedback to regional employees and volunteers .

Competence

  • Higher education (bachelor's degree and above) in the field of management, sociology
  • Personal experience of working in humanitarian/international organizations
  • Readiness for regular business trips
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language
  • Understanding all stages of the project cycle
  • Understanding the basics of planning, monitoring and reporting in projects.
  • Experience of communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy, abilityyou are from a difficult situation.
  • High level of adaptability, attentiveness, analytical skills, stress resistance.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, the ability to make decisions independently.
  • Developed organizational, executive and communication skills, as well as stress management skills.
  • Adherence to fundamental humanitarian principles
  • Excellent skills in working with the Microsoft 365 package (Excel. Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
