KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced digital savvy marketer to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies/creative campaigns. If you are a team player who always shows a positive, professional attitude, knows the world of influencers, then you are exactly the person we are looking for.

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies for influencers
• Searching for and partnering with new talent
• Attending relevant industry events for networking and business development
• Generating creative content ideas and actively participating in its creation< /li>
• Collaborate with social media and community teams for seamless integration
• Conduct thorough research on industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
• Work closely with marketing team to create and coordinating integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Facilitating cross-functional communication and alignment to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND THE LATEST REQUIREMENTS

• You are an expert in the development of strategies for information and educational campaigns
• Experience of cooperation with influencers
• In-depth knowledge of the marketing industry in social networks
• You have project management experience and a structured approach
• Good organizationand excellent time management skills
• Possess interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, networking ability
• Interest in and understanding of trends in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• Above average English
