The "ROCADA" Charitable Foundation announces a competition to fill the vacancy ofcommunications officer / SMM manager
The "ROCADA" Charitable Foundation helps evacuees, internally displaced persons, people with reduced mobility, refugees and asylum seekers.
We are looking for a team a person who combines the strategic thinking of a communicator and the creativity of an SMM manager - able to build systematic communication of the Foundation, create meaningful content and strengthen our presence in social networks and public space.

Main tasks:
Form and implement the Foundation's communication strategy (together with the team).
Plan information campaigns and create content for external channels.
Maintain pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube - posts, stories, short videos, texts that evoke emotion and trust.
Cover news of the Foundation's projects and activities.
Adapt materials for different formats and audiences.
Maintain tone of voice of the Foundation in all communications.
Respond to comments, messages, maintain dialogue with the audience.
Monitor the effectiveness of content, analyze engagement and response.
Cooperate with colleagues, partners, contractors.
Help in the preparation of materials for promotions, events and charity campaigns.
You are our an ideal candidate if:
You have more than 2 years of experience in the field of communications or SMM.
You can write interestingly, competently, clearly and with empathy.
You speak Ukrainian, and knowledge of English will be an advantage.
You understand how social media algorithms work and what attracts audience.
You follow trends, modern culture, new communication approaches.
You have basic skills in working with Canva, Figma or similar tools.
You know how to think systematically, but you are not afraid of creativity.
You share the mission of the Foundation and have sensitivity to social topics.
Would be an advantage:
Experience working in non-profit or charity organizations.
Skills in storytelling and creating short video formats (Reels, Shorts).
Experience in preparing press releases, newsletters or communication with the media.
