Communicator at Plast Lviv in Plast Lviv

Plast is a public organization of Ukrainian scouts, which has more than 2,500 members in Lviv, educates conscious youth, because of the cool environment and national identity. We aim to develop Ukrainian society thanks to young people who aspire to be leaders in society and create changes! We are currently looking for the head of the communications department for the Plast team in Lviv!

Main duties tasks:

• Form the communications strategy of the Lviv branch of Plast in accordance with the defined goals and directions of development
• Manage the work and share experience with the communication department
• Cooperate with 3MI (press announcement writing, press release and direct communication at the event)
• Look for and use new communication tools
• Generation of content for Plast Lviv social networks (texts and visual materials) according to the content plan and development strategy of the organization
• Working with texts: writing texts for publications, publishing posts on channels, creating creative stories and interactive materials
• Work with graphics: creation of visual materials for posts and advertising campaigns in social networks, work with design for social networks
• Interaction with the audience in social networks (answers to comments, rebroadcast requests)
• Creation and design of cell reports
• Communication with sponsors and partners regarding product coverage
• Formulate mailings
• Manage department budget

Mandatory requirements:

• Experience in communications from the 1st year
• Implemented communication strategies and analytics
• Skills in working with Instagram, Facebook, Telegram social network algorithms< /li>
• Skills in creating graphic design, mastering graphic editors (Figma (required), additionally: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
• Experience in team management, writing technical tasks
• Experience in writing texts and press releases
• Experience in SMM: managing pages, targeting, analytics
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English at level B1 and above
• The ability to conduct business correspondence on behalf of the organization
• Skills in managing TikTok and creating illustrations will be an advantage
• The desire to develop in the field of communications, interest and understanding of the specifics of work in the public sector
