Communicator Kyiv State institution "Professional Procurement" is looking for a Communicator. Professional procurement is the first centralized procurement organization in Ukraine. We purchase for central executive bodies and administer the state marketplace Prozorro Market. Our team is transforming the public procurement system in Ukraine, let's do it together! Vacancy mission: Formation and maintenance of a positive image of Professional Procurement through the transmission of the value that the Institution creates for the state and society. Main responsibilities: Implementation of communication strategy; Creation of content for social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram); Writing texts about the Institution's activities for social networks and mass media (news, press releases, columns, comments, interviews); Construction of "warm" contacts by journalists and expansion of the media base; Implementation of communication campaigns; Coordination and interaction with contractors regarding the creation of pictures, videos, etc.; Organization of events (conferences, forums, webinars, etc.). Mandatory requirements: Experience: work in a similar position from 1 year; Education: graduated from higher education majoring in "Journalism", "Philology", "PR and public relations", "Marketing" or related fields; Languages: fluent Ukrainian. Knowledge of English will be an advantage; Technologies: mastery of Office services (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in Figma or other visual content creation services would be an advantage. Requirements for personal and professional qualities: Sociability; Creativity; Developed copywriting skills; Ability to work in a team; Desire to learn and develop; High motivation and active civic position, decency and low tolerance for corruption.
