The main purpose of the position - to form recognition and loyalty to the MZU brand among the national audience.

We transform system of medical care to improve the quality of life of Ukrainians.

Expected work results and evaluation criteria completed work:

• MZU's social media presence

• Quality and "light" content of the MZU website and social networks, understandable to our target audience

• Implemented turnkey communication projects to increase recognition and brand loyalty

What will need to be done (scope of work, tasks, responsibilities):

• Administers social networks (FB, Instagram, TG, Linkedin, YouTube): develops content plans and prepares creative rubrics/campaigns to achieve established KPIs

• Forms TK for visual materials of the designer according to BB

• Builds "warm" relations with the media, constantly expanding the base of contacts 

• Prepares press materials for mass media: generates informational leads, prepares press materials (press releases, author's columns, comments, interviews, etc.), develops concepts for special projects and implements them

• Prepares speakers for speeches: preparation of theses and presentations, coordination of filming, etc.

• Interacts with and coordinates with contractors creation of photos, video content, production of branded products, etc.

• Organizes press events and other public events

• Have developedcopywriting skills

• Havedeveloped communication skills

• Have a high level of stress resistance and are able to work in multitasking mode with a large amount of information

Musthave for a future colleague (qualification requirements):

• You have two years of relevant experience (SMM experience would be an advantage).

• Education. Completed higher education (education with honors or social activity, as well as additional specialized education will be an advantage).

• Language. Fluency in Ukrainian (knowledge of the English language will be an advantage).

• Technologies. Do you know how to use mail, calendar, Google Drive, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), electronic document management system, specialized programs (experience with Canva, Photoshop will be an advantage)
