DESS is looking for a talented communicator who knows how to create meaningful content, masterly uses visual tools, knows how to build effective communication strategies, interacts freely with the media, carefully analyzes results, shows a creative approach, and also has work experience, is fluent in Ukrainian and English, knows how to take photos and shoot videos, works in multitasking mode, is a team player and understands the specifics of a new kind of civil service.

DESS expects you to:

• Creation and promotion of content: development of interesting, concise and informative texts for posts, articles, newsletters, press releases, news, statements and comments. Creating and promoting content for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and other platforms).
• Visual content: creating graphics in Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Express or other graphic programs, understanding the principles of design for social networks. Video and photo shooting of events, operational coverage of DESS events (photos, videos, short texts "on the go"). Basic or intermediate level of working with tools for creating video content and editing simple videos (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, etc.).
• Interaction with the media: cooperation with journalists and the media, organizing press events, responding to information requests and maintaining the image of the Service.
• Analytics and monitoring: the ability to track the results of publications, analyze the reach, interaction and suggest improvements to improve the effectiveness of communications. Monitoring of the information space, participation in the formation of the information strategy.
• Creative approach: the ability to come up with new formats of interaction with the audience, offer ideas to attract attention to DESS events.
• You are our person if:

Work experience: from 1 year in the field of communications, PR or journalism (if you are very talented - show us your cases).

• Skills write vividly, competently, meaningfully
• Skills:
  1. Ability to take photos and shoot videos (on a phone or camera, most importantly - with a sense of the frame and plot).
  2. Ability to work in multitasking mode and with short deadlines.
  3. Teamwork, communication and concern for the work that DESS deals with.
