The position supports multiple functional areas including Operations, HR, Marketing and field Sales and Medical Affairs. This is a fully onsite position. Position Summary: The People, Administration, and Operations Coordinator duties include providing support to all functional areas through assistance in recruiting and onboarding, managing various company schedules and calendars, coordinating company administrative activities, ordering and provisioning equipment, and managing day-to-day office tasks. Key Responsibilities: Under the supervision of Human Resources, coordinate the onboarding of new employees, including provisioning equipment and software needs, office set up and other tasks.Collaborate with functional leader and senior management to assemble meeting agendas, communicate with both internal and external stakeholders , and schedule meetings including board meetings, investor meetings, and others as needed Coordinate the logistics for the company's promotional speaker program in collaboration with the Marketing team, including scheduling events with the Sales/Medical Affairs teams and outside speakers; booking event venues and inviting clinician attendees; managing communications with the Sales/Medical Affairs teams, attendees and speakers; processing honorarium and expense payments and making appropriate data filings.Liaise with both team members and facility management vendors to manage office space, provide general support, and communicate with company visitors.Serve as the point person for duties including office maintenance and management; supplies, computer and office equipment; company event planning; and shipping. Requirements: Two to five years previous experience in a recruiting or human resources-adjacent role supporting multiple individuals and functional areas.Experience with Google products – email and Google Drive.Experience with Microsoft Office software – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree a plus .Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to work with multiple internal and external groups and individuals at different levels.Ability to work full-time in-person at the company's downtown Chicago office.
