The purpose of this new program is to help Ukrainians achieve justice and address social divisions resulting from Russia’s full-scale invasion. The program will use human rights-based approaches to support processes aimed at accountability for war crimes, foster dialogue on difficult questions related to post-conflict recovery, and begin healing and reconciliation using human-rights-based approaches.This is a full-time position based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Communications Manager works with ABA program teams in Ukraine and Washington, DC to ensure program results and outcomes are communicated to the appropriate audience(s), while ensuring compliance with the donor-approved Branding and Marking plan.The Communications Manager reports directly to the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Team Lead. Input and taskings from the DCOP and COP as may be required.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Support the drafting of the description of program deliverablesSupport the drafting of program success storiesEngage with program partners to ensure success story content and other deliverables are completed and submitted on time and compiled with sufficient qualitySupport the M&E Team Lead and program staff in preparing data for upload to the USAID MEL and data repository systemsParticipate in and ensure timely preparation and design of M&E reports related to program implementation, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reportsSupport regular periodic reporting and development of success stories in collaboration with the program’s technical teamsSupport the collection and compilation of lessons learned based on executed activitiesCreate, design, edit, and produce communications publications and materialsEnsure compliance with the program’s Branding and Marking planRequest Branding and Marking exemptions for specific activities in compliance with USAID processes Support the ABA ROLI DC team to monitor and update the ABA website, create new webpages, post new publications such as newsletters, reports, and surveysCreate graphics and imagery for the ABA ROLI DC website as may be necessary and update all relevant program materialsAssist in organizing program events and promotional efforts and collaborate with partners to optimize resultsPerform other tasks as assignedRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Communications or other relevant fieldAt least three (3) years of mid-level experience in CommunicationsPrevious work experience in graphic design, media, or publication and marketing collateral preparationExperience with USAID or other U.S. Government donors preferredDemonstrated strong writing skills and collateral content creationPrevious work experience with international development organizationsFamiliarity with human rights protection and access to justice-related issues in UkraineFamiliarity with DevResults preferredFluency in Ukrainian and EnglishWritten proficiency in Ukrainian and EnglishPlease apply by August 15, 2024.Powered by JazzHR3GyqvBowH5 Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Маркетинг, Зв’язки з громадськістю і Написання/редагування Галузі Інтернет-публікації
