The purpose of this new program is to help Ukrainians achieve justice and address social divisions resulting from Russia’s full-scale invasion. The program will use human rights-based approaches to support processes aimed at accountability for war crimes, foster dialogue on difficult questions related to post-conflict recovery, and begin healing and reconciliation using human-rights-based approaches.This is a full-time position based in Kyiv, Ukraine. The Communications Manager works with ABA program teams in Ukraine and Washington, DC to ensure program results and outcomes are communicated to the appropriate audience(s), while ensuring compliance with the donor-approved Branding and Marking plan.The Communications Manager reports directly to the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Team Lead.
