We are looking for a Communications Manager who will be the voice of our brand in online communities. This is a role for a person who knows how to not just "post content", but to build a lively dialogue, attract an audience and gently convert communication into sales.
Your main tasks:
Building a brand: maintaining a positive image of the company in home chats and local communities (Telegram, Viber, Facebook).
Management channels: ensuring the presence of the company in all available online channels of the coverage area.
Generation of leads: creation of a regular flow of applications from social channels.
Working with reputation: systematic processing of feedback and complaints according to the company philosophy.
Network development: formation and coordination of a network of agents and promoters in digital channels.
Strategic planning: development of content plans and advertising strategies to attract customers.
Monitoring: analysis of activity and strategies of competitors in the network.
Cross-functional interaction: support of activities of marketing and technical departments support.
We expect from the candidate:
Sales skills: experience in conducting "warm" and "cold" communications.
Copywriting: mastery of different styles of presentation of information, ability to write clearly and confidently.
SMM-experience: practical skills in managing social networks and messengers (Telegram, Viber, FB) and see a real impact on the brand.
