Communications manager in Smarter

What kind of experience we are looking for: ● Work experience in the field of communications or related fields, preferably in international companies for at least 2 years; ● High written and oral communication skills in English and Ukrainian; ● The ability to analyze data and determine strategic directions for the development of a communication strategy; ● Higher education in the field of communications, journalism, psychology or a related field; ● Excellent communication and organizational skills; ● A creative approach to solving problems and the ability to work in conditions of change. Main tasks: ● Implementation of external and internal communication strategies; ● Creation of content for various communication channels (website, social networks, press releases, interviews, etc.);● Support of a positive image of the company through the development of relations with the media (Facebook, LinkedIn , Instagram);● Organizing internal events and informing employees about the company's strategic goals and achievements;● Managing crisis situations and responding to negative news or discussions on the network;● Preparing text and photo materials for the company's news digest; ● Implementation of projects aimed at the development of corporate culture in the company; ● Preparation of meetings with employees (gathering information on departments, preparing presentations, receiving and analyzing feedback); ● Searching for ideas for internal communications (formal and informal), participating in the development of communication plans and strategies.
