Experience in the public sector will be an advantage. Experience in creating and implementing communication strategies. Planning skills and experience in conducting communication campaigns for several projects at the same time. Ability to define the target audience and adhere to TOV for various communication channels. Ability to express one's thoughts in a structured manner and present them in materials. Copywriting : the ability to create clear, understandable and interesting text for different audiences and platforms. Experience with graphic editors (Figma, Photoshop, Canva or others). Free use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets , Google Slides). Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian, knowledge of modern grammar and punctuation. Creation of communication materials and copywriting. Writing texts for promo materials. Writing and rewriting texts for websites and email. Preparation of presentations for partners and reporting. Writing scripts for communication with various segments of the Central Bank. Communication, setting tasks and evaluating the results of related freelance specialists (designer, copywriter). Internal communication: support of communication between 31 Group specialists to increase the efficiency of task performance. Communication with Netpeak Group companies, coverage of news and successes of 31 Group in Netpeak Group communication channels. Measurement of the effectiveness of communicationcompany, analysis and further correction to improve performance. Communications and involvement of partners, benefactors, authors and back-office workers for 31 Group projects. 🙌🏻 We offer: Fixed rate based on the results of the interview. Flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10 :00, and finish from 17:00 to 19:00. Possibility to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Cherkasy). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
