Communications manager in DTEK

We invite you to work as a Communications Manager. Responsibilities: Informing employees: maintaining and filling a Twitter channel, preparing materials for Facebook pages, informational mailings about important events and companies, working with information stands. Monitoring social sentiments: ensuring monitoring of publications/articles on external sources, preparing proposals for the development and participation in the implementation of communication platforms, the implementation and control of document management, the creation and maintenance of a single information field of the company as a whole. Implement the communication plan: develop internal communication channels (tg-channel, portal, info stands, etc.), build an effective communication system at the enterprise and feedback, conduct regular slices of risk issues among employees, identify and work with opinion leaders provide and coordinate content: provide communication support for key events and projects/prepare text, photo and video materials/prepare media releases/ensure photography of key events, corporate events, new equipment, form a photo bank, prepare theses for the manager's speeches on key events, at corporate events, quotes for publications in external and corporate media. Requirements: higher education in the relevant field: journalism, economics, management, philology, work experience - from 2 years, experience in coordinating successful PR campaigns, ability to work with Microsoft Office, 1C command of the Ukrainian language, excellent communication and presentation skills, work with graphic editors, working conditions: stable and timely salary; medical insurance ; a full social package; delivery from the subway on a company vehicle.
