Main duties: • Development and implementation of communication strategies and plans, campaigns , events and other initiatives • Management of the department team (communications, marketing (SEO, PPC), PR) • Management of the development and maintenance of the corporate website and other digital marketing channels. Management of the creation of online content and the necessary tools in accordance with the communication strategy for social networks (Instagram, Fb, Youtube, LinkedIn, X, Telegram • Tracking and analysis of communication indicators, evaluating the effectiveness of KPI's and achieving strategic plans • Development and implementation of an internal communication strategy for a high level of employee awareness of organizational news, events and goals.Control and management of the feedback system and submission of posts for publication from team members, creation of a simple and transparent algorithm of desired publications, including the coordination of coverage of GMKA's participation in congresses, conferences, coverage information about partnerships, participation in community initiatives, etc. • Management of the development and production of professional information coverage, timely distribution and support of all printed and online materials, including newsletters, patient and hospital brochures and GMKA web pages • Development of relations and work with the media and other organizations • Control of the preparation of communication budgets to provide the department with the necessary resources • Participation and joint work in the strategic working group for the development of external relations, together with specialists from other structural units. Bringing signatures to letters, partnership brochures, presentations, etc. to a uniform corporate style.
