Project communications coordinator in GoGlobal

We invite you to participate in the competition for the selection of a service provider for the coordination of project communications

Public organization "GO GLOBAL", as part of the implementation of the project of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) "Rethinking the educational process: changing the development paradigm soft skills and in the study of science" (PD Ref. No.: UKR/PCA2023212/PD2023328) , announces a tender for the selection of a service provider for project communications coordination.

Term of service:8 months.

The responsibilities of the project communications coordinator include:

1. Development and implementation of project communications plans under the guidance of the project manager.

2. Coordinating communication activities with other activities related to project areas to ensure complementarity and consistency of project activities and communication efforts.

3. Controlling the communication activities of project implementing partners, ensuring compliance with branding requirements from the project donor, and advising partners on their communication activities.

4. Supervising the production of branded/informational materials.

5. Managing relations with the media, coordinating media requests and monitoring media coverage.

6. Planning and organization of various media and communication events, communication campaigns.

7. Social media audience engagement and trackingproject activity/user feedback, etc.

8. < p>Creation of project press releases, post-releases and communication documents for external mass media.

9. Translation of communication materials into English and Ukrainian languages.

10. < p>Assistance in drawing up annual work plans and monitoring; project evaluation and reporting; ensuring timely and accurate provision of information regarding the progress of the project.

11. < span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Assessment of the effectiveness of communication activities.

12. Execution of other tasks provided by the project plan.< /span>

13. Implementation of other activities within the project.

The details of the tasks will be discussed at the stage of signing the contract with the tender winner. At the stage of approval of each task and the project as a whole, its final approval with UNICEF Ukraine is foreseen. The task will be considered completed when there is verbal or written confirmation of its completion by UNICEF Ukraine.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in public relations, media relations, strategic communications,  marketing or other relevant fields;< /p>

• Five plus years of media relations and/or public relations experience in the government, business or non-government sector;

< li style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

Fluency in business Ukrainian and English (level A2\B1) will be an advantage;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills;

• Experience working with consultants and team building;

• Experience in managing outreach and public relations events and campaigns;

• Computer literacy: MS Office, fluency in social networks, knowledge of graphic design;

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in the context of interaction with Ukrainian and international colleagues, partners, business representatives or community members.

• Manifestation of creative thinking, initiative and self-motivation in the performance of all assigned tasks.

Selection criteria:

• Experience in the field of communications.

• Professional skills and qualifications.

• Cost of services.

Payment will be carried out by non-cash payment to the current account of the FOP or legal entityexclusively WITHOUT VAT (in this tender, proposals are considered only from non-VAT payers).

!If the participant is not a registered individual entrepreneur at the time of application, he must guarantee his willingness to open a FOP!

The proposal must include:

2. Description of professional qualificationвця;

3. Description of educational activities;

4. Description of experience with documents (agreements, reports, etc.) ;

5. Indicate the cost of 1 month of work including all additional costs;

6. Registration documents (excerpt ):

For FOP:

• Extract from the UDR with a list of codes of foreign trade (KVED), or another document in which the KVED are indicated;

• Extract from the register of single tax payers;

• Bank details in Ukrainian in IBAN format.
