Competition for the conclusion of an agreement on the provision of services in the field of public relations (Uzhgorod)

Public organization "Proliska" is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization, which 2014 provides comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military actions in Ukraine.

Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable people affected by military actions; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; provision of assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found shelter; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of combat operations and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate.

I. Requirements for the contestant:

• Higher education in the field of journalism, mass communication, PR or related specialties, or work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Excellent communication skills, including public presentation skills;
• Fluency in spoken and written Ukrainian and Russian languages; knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant graphic media applications (will an advantage);
• Experience in managing social network channels (fb, instagram, X) (will be an advantage);
• Ability to write press releases, texts for websites and social networks;
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions under time constraints;
• Execution of duties guided by gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment;
• Adherence to humanitarian principles;< /li>
• Readiness to travel to the combat zone in the territory under the control of the Government of Ukraine.

II. Services to be provided:

• Daily content preparation for Organization accounts in social networks;
• Preparation of press releases and communication with journalists;
• Participation in press conferences and other events;
• Collaboration with teams to identify cross-cutting topics and activities for coverage via social media, website, external platforms;
• Direct training visual content for the purpose of highlighting the activities of the Organization by means of photo / video shooting; processing and editing of filmed materials;
• Monitoring of mass media and reviews in social networks;
• Development and writing of newsletters (newspaper);
• Performance of all types of photo shoots - and video equipment; processing and editing of footage;
