Communication Specialist in AZinec

This time, we're looking for a COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST to join the team based in Kyiv.This is a position in a CONSULTING NICHE.The colleague will be responsible for all the communication strategies and content creation management in Innovation team projects.We are looking for an ambitious and curious individual, a strategic thinker who is eager to learn new things about the consulting industry and share their own point of view about project development and communication strategies, designs, visuals, channels, etc. We believe that the newcomer should be brave enough to communicate his ideas loudly, be ready to improve processes if needed and coordinate stream project processes all the way. You will: - Develop and implement effective communication strategies for the projects in the innovation stream: grants programs, hackathons, accelerators, and other startup and entrepreneurship programs - Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes content creation, promotion, media outreach, and social media management - Write and develop a variety of communication materials: articles, posts, press and post releases, etc. - Initiate, coordinate and implement partnerships, and collaboration with external organizations - Supervise the team of designers, photographers, illustrators and videographers in creating content - Help with organization of online and offline events, workshops, webinars, conferences - Track, measure, find insights and provide in-depth reports on communication activities.Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in Ukrainian innovation or entrepreneurs ecosystem - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ukrainian and English languages) - Advanced user of Adobe family, Canva, Figma, or other similar design tools - Maintain social networks and set up target advertising - Organization skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask - You have a strategic and creative mindset.
