International charitable organization "SOS Children's Villages Charitable Foundation" invites cooperation specialist/rank withprovidingcommunication support services within the framework of the project"Support to the Better Care reform in the Volyn region by strengthening social services and child care system"(ang).«Supporting Better Care Reform in Volyn oblast by strengthening social services and childcare system»)

Service period:until September 30, 2025 (with the possibility of extending the service for 3 months)

Requirements for the provider ofservices:

• Available higher education.
• Available experience in communication support and support, implementation of communication campaigns, high copywriting skills: the ability to write and adapt texts for different formats.
• Availability of a portfolio of implemented projects.
• Availability of a developed database of contacts of journalists and media persons.
• Available experience of working with organizations of the non-governmental sector.
• >The service provider must be a natural person-entrepreneur who is registered and works in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine

Preliminary content of the service:

• Communication analysis of the work of territorial communities, analysis of existing communication sites, research target audience (Poromivska TG, Lokachynska TG, Ustiluzka TG, Kamin-Kashirska TG, Manevytska TG, Turiya TG, Golobska TG, Pidgaitsivska TG, Rozhishchenska TG, Olytska TG.) Creating a communication plan for 10 territorial communities for 2025 with specific indicators.
• Preparation of publications, topical news for 10 territorial communities in social networks, communication community sites of the project.
• Communication support for online and offline events in 10 territorial communities, writing texts for events, press announcements and press releases, media invitations.
• Preparation of materials about the progress of the project for the organization's social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube channel and cooperation with responsible colleagues on placement of materials. If necessary, the preparation of relevant communication materials for the grantor's page as well. (2-3 per month)
• Proactive cooperation with the mass media: accepting requests and organizing interviews with the participation of specialists from 10 territorial communities. (at least 10 interviews during the project period)
• Comprehensive preparation of publications on success stories that can be widely coveredand for advocacy and communication purposes (in cooperation with the project Donor and partners). (at least 2 for the entire project period)
• Information and communication activities on a monthly basis:
• Content analysis on the official websites of communities and Centers for the provision of social services, preparation of texts for updating information on the websites on the following topics: social services, child protection, child rights, family forms of upbringing and tangential to them.
• Monitoring and control of mentions of the organization in the Volyn region.
• Monitoring of indicators of communication activity (in the form of a report): requests from the public, mentions in the mass media, their content analysis , qualitative and quantitative indicators of coverage in social networks
• Current reporting on the progress of implementation.

Terms of cooperation:

• A service contract will be concluded with the winner.
• Payment for the provided services will be made after the services have been rendered on the basis of the invoice and the act of receiving and handing over the provided services once or twice a month

• Documents confirming work experience or provision of similar services (scanned copies of work book, similar contracts, letters of feedback from previous customers, etc.);

• Scanned copy of registration documents (extract or copy of the current Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, extract from the Register of Payers tax);
• Copy of passport and certificate of identification number
• Other documents confirming experience and qualifications

Deadline for submission of proposals:from 14.01.2025 to 18.01.2025 to 15:00.

Participants who do not meet the requirements for service providers and offers sent after the above deadline will be considered invalid and will be considered will not be.
