They are expanding their department to the French-speaking region, and are looking for a customer communication specialist. Necessary Hard-skills: Proficiency in written and spoken French from level B1; Experience in communicating with native speakers; Soft-skills: Multitasking, flexibility; Time management; Stress resistance and adaptability; Motivated in career growth; Desire to develop in the field of sales Responsibilities: Communicating with clients by telephone and business correspondence; Teamwork as part of the communications and customer service department; Selling company services; Negotiating agreements with clients; Supporting and consulting existing users regarding our product; Processing incoming applications, chats and tickets; Persistence, attention to details.
