Communication project manager in Povernis zhivim, BMF, BF

Hello! Department of Development and Partnerships Come Back Alive is looking for a Communication Project Manager to join their team. You have probably heard about PZ and some of our projects. All this is the result of painstaking work by a team of professional and motivated people. 

Since 2014, we have been helping the Defense Forces of Ukraine — providing property from cars to grenade launchers, as well as implementing training projects for the military. We are a strategic partner of the military, which does not just cover needs, but builds comprehensive approaches to strengthen the army.

The public image and reputation of "Return Alive" is what we have been building since the beginning of our foundation and what determines the trust of our partners and society. The Department of Development and Partnerships takes care of the positive image of the Fund. What will be the tasks of the position of communication manager(s)?

• you will take part in the development of communication and marketing plans for the Fund's projects (independent and partner), ideally if you can offer your creative ideas;
• you will coordinate the work of the team and record tasks in Asana;
• you will participate in brainstorming, meetings with partners, the project team;
• you will go on a business trip around Ukraine, take part in filming, handing out property;
• you will work with contractors (briefings, organization of meetings, work on signing agreements and payment for services, etc.)
• you will prepare reports on implementation communication and marketing tasks in projects.

In this role, you will lead several communication or marketing projects in parallel (on average 5-6). Here you can familiarize yourself with project examples in more detail.

What are our expectations regarding your hard skills?

• Work experience in communications and/or marketing — from 3 years.
• Experience in project management — from 3 years.
• Ability to workand with contractors: clearly brief and accompany the process.
• Understanding how information and communication campaigns are launched.
• Confident use of task managers and basic spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets).

At the beginning of work, you will gradually immerse yourself in projects and then pick up the full pool of tasks. You will participate in all key statuses and meetings together with the director of the department, Olexandra Gaivoronskaya, who will be actively engaged in your onboarding in PJ.
