We are looking for communication - manager\manager.

The Eurasia Foundation, the executor of the project "Supporting Digital Transformation", which is funded by the US Government through the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the International Development Assistance Program from the Government of Great Britain (UK Dev), is looking for a communication manager.

Technical requirements:

The goal of the project is to ensure effective communication with the stakeholders of Prozorro SE and its presentation in the information space.

Prozorro is an electronic public procurement system that has replaced paper tenders. "Everyone sees everything" is our guiding principle. Thanks to the reform, all public procurement was transferred online. The Prozorro reform is a business card of Ukraine in the world and an example of a successful reform based on open data and modern IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build close communication with the target audience , promote difficult
• purchasing topics
• Creation of presentations: attention when working with numbers, experience in Power Point
• or Prezi
• Participation in the development of a content plan for social networks (special attention to Instagram,
• YouTube, potentially Tiktok) and content creation; setting tasks for a junior
• student; tracking trends in social networks and adapting them to the purchasing
• context
• Cooperation with the designer: setting tasks and searching for references
• Writing technical requirements for tenders for holding events, manufacturing
• video productions and podcasts, and others related to communication tasks
• Participation in the organization of events: communication with the event agency (setting tasks and
• monitoring their execution ); and charity auctions (search for lots, communication with
• providers of lots)
• Together with the team, preparation of reports for stakeholders
