Communication manager in Fond arhitekturi reform v Ukrayini

The Recovery and Reform Support Team assists the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in implementing priority reforms. The Recovery and Reform Support Team is part of the "Recovery and Reform Architecture in Ukraine" (URA) program launched by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Bank (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union to support important recovery and reform processes in Ukraine.

Target audience: teenagers aged 15-17.< /p>

The communication manager will provide support to the MES in:

• development of communication plans for the P(PT)O reform
< li>development of communication materials, such as posts, press releases, newsletters, presentations, infographics, etc.
• coordination of activities with other stakeholders and partners regarding the implementation of the P(PT)O communication strategy
< li>organization and holding of special events, round tables, conferences and forums of the Ministry of Education and Culture
• development of the concept of the admission campaign to P(PT)O institutions and provision of timely information on the progress and results of the admission campaign in social networks

Mandatory requirements:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (communications or marketing);
• Perfect Ukrainian and English skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• More than 5 years of total post-graduate professional experience;
• More than 3 years of professional experience in communications;
• Familiarity with the program of reforms in Ukraine would be an advantage;
• General PC skills;
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic editor;
• Work experience with MailChimp or other e-marketing services;
