The communication manager will provide support to the MES in:

  • development of communication plans for the P(PT)O reform
  • < li>development of communication materials, such as posts, press releases, newsletters, presentations, infographics, etc.
  • coordination of activities with other stakeholders and partners regarding the implementation of the P(PT)O communication strategy
  • < li>organization and holding of special events, round tables, conferences and forums of the Ministry of Education and Culture
  • development of the concept of the admission campaign to P(PT)O institutions and provision of timely information on the progress and results of the admission campaign in social networks

Mandatory requirements:

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (communications or marketing);
  • Perfect Ukrainian and English skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • More than 5 years of total post-graduate professional experience;
  • More than 3 years of professional experience in communications;
  • Familiarity with the program of reforms in Ukraine would be an advantage;
  • General PC skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic editor;
  • Work experience with MailChimp or other e-marketing services;
