Communications team officer in 14 okremiy rozviduvalniy batalyon

The 14th separate reconnaissance battalion is a unit that concentrates its activities on the use of high-tech UAV systems. We provide the Defense Forces with vision of the battlefield, aerial reconnaissance of the enemy's territory, our ground robotic complexes carry out demining and demining of the territory, delivery of equipment and food to positions, evacuation of the wounded. The widespread use of high-tech systems allows to minimize the presence of personnel on the contact line or in the immediate vicinity — and, therefore, to save the lives of our servicemen.

Established in March 2022 as the 14th separate rifle battalion, the unit has been protecting Donbas since the fall of 2022, and has always demonstrated the high efficiency of UAV crews. Thanks to this, in 2025 the unit grew qualitatively and quantitatively and turned into the 14th separate reconnaissance battalion.

Our unit needs a communications team officer/sergeant.

Duties

• compliance with military discipline and execution of combat orders
• development of strategies to achieve the set tasks
• knowledge and mastery of all types and means of communication
• work with electronic databases and specialized programs
• participation in improving recruitment processes and sharing experience in the team

Requirements

• higher education in the field of communication
• possession of modern means of information protection
• ownership of SIEM systems (for example, Splunk, QRadar)
• self-discipline, leadership qualities, stress resistance
• high motivation
• willingness to perform military service during martial law
• no alcohol consumption

Terms

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring active servicemen with the consent of the immediate commander
• monetary security from 55,000 hryvnias
