Communication coordinator within the framework of the implementation of the USAID program "RADA: the next generation" to the NGO "Internews-Ukraine" in Internyuz-Ukrayina, GO

The purpose of the Program is to promote the "next generation" of reforms that will enable the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VRU) to become a modern, effective institution that will promote accountability and democratic development in Ukraine. The Program's activities are based on three main goals:  

1. Increasing the level of voter involvement in the legislative process, including better and systemic interaction between people's deputies and their voters, in particular individuals, civil society and business associations.  

2. Strengthening and expanding the analytical and control potential of the Verkhovna Rada to ensure a full legislative cycle.

BASIC CONDITIONS'LANGUAGES:< /p>

• Creation and participation in the implementation of communication campaigns within the scope of the Program. 

• Together with the team, provide communication support for Program activities. 

• Creating effective mailings using MailChimp tools. 

• Creation of informational materials in Ukrainian and English (mails, announcements, press releases, analytical texts, etc.). 

• Setting technical tasks for designers. 

• Preparation of general reports of the Program, collection and processing of indicators of communication campaigns necessary for monitoring and evaluation. 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Full higher education . 

• Experience in setting tasks for creating visual materials from scratch. 

• Independence, willingness to conduct turnkey communication campaigns. 

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English at the Upper-intermediate level and above. 

• A systematic approach to work and meeting deadlines.  

• Communication, proactivity and creativity.  

• Attention to detail and fact-checking skillsngu  

Would be an advantage: experience in the public sector or PR agencies, ability to adapt to changing priorities, strong problem solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
