Communication channel support specialist (Viber, RCS, SMS) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

In the team of the client service management department, we are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for launching cool automatic mailings, impeccable content and jewel-like accuracy of communications with millions of our customers.

What needs to be done?

• Set up and launch automatic mailings in RCS, Viber and SMS channels
• Create meaningful and creative texts that attract attention and attract customers
• Collect communication plans and monitor the correctness of the formation of databases for mailings
• Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, conduct testing and prepare reports based on the results
• Implement communication policy regarding frequency, priority and channel selection
• Monitor the technical condition of communication channels and promptly respond to possible failures
• Interact with other departments for the coordinated preparation and execution of mailings
